Ex Carillion Van Restricted

hi all
I have a friend that has got a ex Carillion van T5.1 2014, this is restricted to 70 mph
Does anyone know how to de restrict it in the VCDS software,as I would like to change itforhim.

From that example, the VCDS routing looks to be (for T5/T5.1):
