Sorry this might be a stupid unanswerable question but I’ve just picked up my new to me 3 year old van and I was having a look about the engine just checking thing out and I noticed this extra wire coming from the positive terminal of the battery. Wasn’t too concerned till I noticed a 25amp fuse wired into the tiny wire making me think this is a total bodge job as the wire would never hold 25a without melting. I’ve traced it as best I can but can’t see where the other end terminates. Is there a legitimate reason this could be wired like this and am I worried for no reason.
