Faults cooling system EGR

hi guys, i got errors p2457 and p16cb00 on my t6 75kw. you have no idea what the problem is? egr cooling pump? fuses are ok. Thank you

The code suggests problems with supply voltage for heater support pump .

The code refers to EGR cooler efficiency.

Two separate issues?

Both errors together. Now I measured the voltage on the pump and it is ok. The pump is not running. So break the auxiliary pump for egr?? The one near the engine is for the EGR and the one near the bumper is for the intercooler?? I will try to change...

Was it two seperate issues?

Got the same codes on my T6.

Byly to dva samostatné problémy?

Mám stejné kódy na T6.

one code was a poorly connected connector on the pump, the other was a bad egr
