Faulty knock sensor

Hi guys
Just had the engine management light come on and OBD reader states it’s a knock sensor.
Booked in for next week but just wanted to know if it’s ok to drive ( carefully ) until then?

Engine management light has come on and the OBD reader stated “ knock sensor malfunction “
