How badly was the splitter broken? I've seen some really clever work done by my bodyshop and plastic welding

Well it's a funny story....
I put it up on the bumper to see how bad it was broke it kinda held its self in place, I went indoors and my wife went to pick the kids up from school, splitter fell off somewhere
