Hi,
When the Transporter HQ tailgate spoiler finally became available, I didn't hesitate and clicked "add to basket."
My sister's van was at the moment still at a company that was installing a wheelchair lift.
After some time, I could finally fit the spoiler (sadly, it took more than a month, so PayPal can't help me with anything ).
Unfortunately, in my honest opinion, it doesn't fit tightly enough.
Communicating with Transporter HQ is frustrating (a Dutch word stroperig: slow and viscous).
They say it's completely normal, and I should force the spoiler into its intended position with tape.
The fiberglass doesn't budge much; also, I bought Sikaflex. Sikaflex tends to stay flexible, so I'm not very fond of the idea of putting so much stress on it.
Am I overreacting, and is this the expected fitment of an aftermarket spoiler?
Thanks,
Lennert
