Fitting lashing points for cargo net

I'd like to install some lashing points here so I can put a cargo net across the boot to stop things from falling out when I open the tailgate but I've never drilled into a van before. What sort of fixings are best? Rivnuts, self taping screws?

I just used self tapping screws through the knobs that come with the net into the steel, and wood screws into the wardrobe.

The net works well and stops the bedding falling out when we open the tailgate.

Thanks for the pictures. Can you unscrew the little knobs? The cargo net I had from my old car doesn't have them and has hook so I was going to use D rings but these look like they might be better.

No. Only if you take the screw out. They are like large washers that the screw pins to the surface.

They came with my net.
