Help.
Just discovered a screw in my flat tyre which is a 205 65r16.
Unfortunately the T6 van spare is a 215 65r16.
1. Will the spare fit?
2. Is it legal to have an odd one?
3. How good and how long will Slime puncture repair las?
4. Will the steel wheels be the same size?
Thanks
A quick answer will be appreciated

It’s fine, no different than a space saver spare. Different matter if you are a 4mo though.

205 and 215 refer to width of the tyre in mm. Width difference of 10mm isn’t really an issue here.
The 65 relates to the sidewall height and is a percentage - so 65% of 205 and 215. Equal to 12.5mm diameter overall (your spare being the bigger one). As a temporary measure probably acceptable and you could run the 215 slightly less pressure than the 205 to try and balance out height difference.
Personally I’d keep travel on it in my 2 wheel drive but if you’ve got 4 wheel drive probably not - they can get wound up.
As for steel vs alloy fitment just check the bolts seat nicely against the hole face.

If in doubt put it on the back where it won't directly affect the steering or the diff...unless you have 4motion.
