Folding Mirrors

Morning all, just picked up my new T6 and I want to start fiddling with bits , did I see a thread about programming my folding mirrors so that they operate when I look the van or did I dream it ?

Yes the last time I looked at that thread it was only the euro 5 T6's that could be done

Van looks good @Ribrunner. Sorry, but like the others say, you can only currently recode the euro 5 T6 mirrors to fold on lock, but the coding specialist is working on it.
Nice bit of red caliper poking through the front wheel there.

The only update is the MY18 vans can now do this from new without modification.

Awww..... feck. I brought a module from travelin-lite yesterday in readiness for my MY18 van arriving in a couple of weeks.

Seemingly an outfit in Skipton, Yorkshire, called Skipton Car Radio can supply and fit the gubbins to make a T6's mirrors fold on the fob. If my memory serves, it's about £250.

My long awaited LWB 204 4 motion Kombi Highline with lots of additions arrived last week after a 6 month wait.
Today in error when the van was locked I held the unlock button on the remote and the windows went down.
So I then held the lock button down, lo and behold the the windows went up and the mirrors folded.
Starting the van automatically folds the mirrors out.
I am going to open the sunroof tomorrow and see if that will auto close as well?
Mine is a MY18

I can confirm that the mirrors and windows operate on the key fob, its the very first thing that I tried, even the dealer never realised the upgrade..

I was so excited when I read this at 5am that I jumped out of bed to go outside to try it ! The window thing was a great success but I can’t manage to get the mirrors to fold !!!!! HELP !
What am I missing ???

It only works on MY2018
