Had a surprise today as front assist beat me to the brakes because some numpty pulled out in front me, certainly surprised me
Front Assist kicked in today!

Mine is always activating. I don't know if it's my driving, or the fact no one else can drive properly, but it's saved my front end a few times. Love it.
It’s a great bit of kit, that all vehicles should have as standard.
They will soon, it’s going to be part of the NCAP testing requirements
Picked up another t6 last week just for work. Its ex demo and is pretty much fully loaded 
. It has active cruise control, which after a few hairy moments have got to say i really love.
Would i be right in thinking it would also have front assist automatically? Or is this another optional extra that i may or may not have?

Yeah, it's not the kind of feature you want to test out on purpose, unless your reactions are lightning fast, but I'm sure it won't be long before you hear that long Beeeeep, and see the little pic pop up on your dash telling you your not a very good driver
My T6 does that too.
You need ACC fitted I think.

Love it, hate it, it's a great invention and doesn't cost a huge amount of money if you add to a new order (around £350 from memory)
