Front seat extension for dogs?

We've got a 2+1 seater. In its current state (not converted to a camper) we have to travel with the dog in the front seats. He's a wriggler and often likes to adjust.

Is there anything, bar DIY, that we could use to extend part of the 2 seater so our dog has a bit more space to move forward?

Failing this we'll just need to get some kind of hardened storage box that have the correct dimensions and put a blanket over...

Mock image below, although we have a T6.

I made one to go between the 2 single seats for our dog but it is only a small jack russell

Yeah i've seen the shelves which are fine if youre only gonna use it when parked up to put your sarnies on ....but i'd still need to get to my handbrake.

Here we go bear in mind I made this for our dog which is a jack russell not a st Bernard
It has a small dog bed when in use and has a folding leg at the front for easy storage and is easy removed to swivel the passengers seat
