Front Seatbelt Removal

Hi

• Please confirm if I need to disconnect the battery before unplugging the seatbelt / airbag wiring.
• If need to disconnect can i connect battery back up whilst disconnected so i can use other eclectics and lock doors?
• Cant work out how to disconnect wiring; opened spring but wont pull out. Can i remove seatbelt coil first to get a better look without anything going off?

1, no, so long as you dont flick the ignition which would throw up an error which makes 2 irrelevant. Probably same for 3 but not 100%.
