Front Shocks Gone!

Hi All

I think my front shocks are shot, it's bouncing all over the place!! I'm wondering what to replace them with? I think the springs are good, just the dampers? Also the back is a bit low, I think due to the weight but could be the springs....if the springs are good could i just raise it with a some blocks?

As you may be able to tell, I dont know what I'm talking about so all help is appreciated!! Thanks

I would only use KONI Adjustable Shock absorbers/Dampers and would consider springs as well what ever the set up the same height raised or lowered. used them for years on a multitude of vehicles adjust for feel, handling or ware last a life time.
