Fuel temperature sensor fault

Hi

Anyone local to Wirral / North west that could possibly replace the cable connector to the temp sensor?

I’ve had my coil light come on the dash and reading up on site experience it seems it’s the sensor that’s at fault, my dad put a code reader on and it detected the same fault code as detailed here in other posts, I’ve replaced the sensor from VW put didn’t resolve the fault, looking at the cable it does have a small kink in the wires going into the plug housing.

My van is played up in the drive and I don’t want to drive it anywhere in current condition ideally would like a driveway fix?

I’ve had the same flashing coil light and was always fuel temp sensor.
Changed twice, still same code.
Bought myself a Carista Evo and it shows this P0183 FTS and 15898 FTS loom.

The Kim is proving difficult to locate but am thinking of changing that too, and assistance much appreciated

I have the same fault, it’s a pain in the arse, if anyone knows a solution?
