General issues with T6 steering racks?

I'm hoping to see a van tomorrow, the only red flag is this on the most recent MOT:

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):

• Nearside Play in steering rack inner joint(s)

I'm just wondering if this would put you off? I've searched the forums and seen that there might be a general issue with steering racks, albeit anecdotal and a replacement could be almost £2k all in.

Then inner joint isn't actually part of the rack. It's a separate part and is replaceable.

It's the threaded part on the left and can be had on it's own or as part of the entire track rod assembly assembly about £140.

An hours labour or less to fit and do an alignment, assuming it come apart cleanly.
