Glow plug light coming on (not flashing) and going into limp mode

Hello, our T6 has an ongoing issue with glow plug light coming on (not flashing) and going into limp mode. It will reset and sometimes the engine management light comes on. It has had a new turbo so don't suspect any issues with that or intercooler pipework. Its had the same issue before the turbo was changed.
