Golf Mk 7 Seats

Has any body fitted a pair of Golf Mk 7 seats into a T6 panel van and if so how hard is it ?

Vision Upholstery are able to mate what I think is a golf R32 seat back, to the T6 base.

Vision upholstery also do a recaro upgrade to standard captains seats but they require reupholstering as well. Check out their Facebook page. Our upholstery is being done there as part of our conversion.

Looking at fitting a set in myself.

Due to the footprint of the mk7 seats being offset to one side, the seat needs mounting like that too in order to remain central to the wheel/pedals.

They'll also be lower but if you're fabricating adapter rails anyway, you can create some height gain there.
