Golf MK7 R line seats

Seat advice -
Has anyone opted to swapping their standard seats out for mk7 r line golf ones ?

If so how easy was the swap over and any crazy electrical changes needed ?

Also the seats I’m looking at are heated but current van ones are not , wondered if there’s anyway of making these work?
