I’m not really clued up on online “things”

I m looking to buy 04/2016 box van. Current owner put windows and 3 seat bench in but it’s still registered as box van

I would like ask for advice what is required to do
To register this as combi?

Also does this conversion affect ULEZ status?

The ULEZ status is down to the engine Euro type. A 2016 could be euro5 or 6. If you’re concerned about ULEZ status ideally you want a Euro6.

As per @Salty Spuds post above, which for clarity I'll requote:-

The ULEZ status is down to the engine Euro type.

So nothing to do with box (you may mean panel) van or Combo (again I think you may mean Kombi) van.

All to do with how it's powered
