Grey spot lights

Am looking to put some spot lights in rear of van.
Am keeping the original lights in back but am moving them to a more central location.
Was hoping to get spots as close as I can to the original colour of the rear lights.
There seems to be plenty in silver or black .

I haven't seen grey ones before. Could you spray or vinyl wrap them?

Thanks am hopefully going down the painting route …am looking to see if I can get the paint RAL number
