Mini-guide as this one's quite easy...
Lift the front edge of the seat then pull and tip it forward and remove all your stuff!
Pull the covers sideways off the middle bar to expose the connector box.
Remove the two torx bolts holding the wiring carrier onto the seat frame. No need to touch the wiring in my van, but you may have leisure battery stuff in here?
Remove the 8 nuts holding the seat to the floor, 16mm spanner monkey helps.
Then, if you are single-handed like me, tip the whole seat over backwards into the back and reach under the front to pull the wiring free, then lift and walk the whole seat into the back.
