@Montecha will confirm, but I think that whole panel comes as one part. The handle is removable but may not be available separately.
You could try Kernow Transporters, as Richard is handy with keeping / obtaining spare bits and bobs.

I’m after the same part since mine broke but VW only do the complete assembly for £130+vat .
Did you have any luck tracking down just the handle?

Chances are, it’ll only come as a whole.
