Head restraint- upholstery replacement

Hi

Anyone know of a reputable place in Devon or Cornwall where I can get my head restraints re upholstered please? Big Wave Campers promised to send me replacements due to poor stitching. This was on the 1st of July - the day we bought the van. I’ve chased about 12 times. ‘In the post’ etc. George the guy in Bude even cut a chunk out to make sure he ordered the right colour!

Let me guess, they are hard to get hold of and promises of them getting a call back aren't met?
