Head unit issues (anyone used Absolut5 in Amesbury?)

HI all - got the dreaded original head unit issues - all works fine except when using sat nav - have lost touch screen ability on pretty much the whole right hand side of the display. Is there a fix (assume maybe an update or similar might work?!) or is it worth replacing with an “upgrade”? If replacement is best these guys are just down the road from me if anyone has used before? absolute new | VW T5/T6 Specialists

I'm booked in to @Absolut5 Monday the 11th Oct for head unit and signature speaker/amp/sub install + new amped rears, reverse camera and dashcam, all booked based purely on the huge amount of respect these guys seem to have on the forum coupled with nothing but positive reviews across the board, can't wait
