Head unit / reversing camera / dashcam

I'm sorry to ask this question that has been asked so many times in so many different combinations, but I can't find the answer to my specific question.

I have a 69 plate T6 - I'm no sound connoisseur but the factory head unit is rubbish - I'd like to replace it and have a rear view camera / dash cam fitted too (presume it's better to have all of this done at once?) and I need it to work with Apple CarPlay too. I'm not practical so will need to have it done by someone in the know. Do I really need to upgrade speakers too? The sound isn't **too** bad when the radio actually manages to find a channel.....

Is £1000 (inc fitting) going to get me anything even half decent? What do I need to spend if not? I'd really appreciate recommendations of actual units / models etc too if anyone can advise me? Don't want to make an expensive mistake....

I have just put in head unit, upgraded speakers and reverse camera in mine.
Alpine halo9 head unit with wireless apple play.
Alpine c1100d reverse camera.
Gladen appearance speakers.

If money is tight, you could probably leave the speakers or go for a cheaper option as they’re not cheap. But the head unit and reverse camera are really good. Also pretty easy to install if you buy the right kit.
Don’t know where in Staffs you are, but if you’re located anywhere near Blythe Bridge, North Staffs, you’re welcome to have a look before you decide.
