For Sale Headliner cloth and rear bumper cover for sale

Hi I have these both brand new unopened £60 for both . The rear bumper cover is from vanstyle it’s Matt black . And the headliner material is from kiravans 3 mtrs and a good match ( i tried a few this was the best ) to the vw cab headliner

Is the headliner material vinyl or carpet?
Will it need to be stuck to a board / ply before fixing?

It’s some form of vinyl I guess with a soft foam backing it’s the best match to the standard cabin headliner I could find and I tried several . Yes it’s glued to the ply .
