Headunit won’t come out?

Hi all - I am struggling trying to remove my kenwood 9019 dabs, I’ve removed it before with no issues but now it won’t budge?

I am sliding the keys to the inside of the metal claps? Is that right?

Any help appreciated.

I’ve done it now I was putting the keys the wrong side of the metal bit, kenwoods instructions are as good as their head units
