Heated seat after conversion

Hi all Im sorry if this has already been discussed. I recently had my t6 converted to a camper which ment changing my passenger captain seat to a swivel bench. I knew I would lose my headed seat that side but since coming back my drivers side has stopped working. Someone has told me that it’s because the passenger side has gone the circuit is now broken.
Does anyone know if this would be the case or is it more than likely the conversion centre had broke the element on the drivers seat during re trimming it?

Drivers seat should still work if the passenger is disconnected. If it doesnt there is a problem with the drivers seat .

Thanks I did think that would be a bit odd.
