Heated seat fault

Got an issue with heated passenger captain seat not working.
We tend to swivel it when parked up.
Had a look but can’t see anything obviously amiss.
I’m not particularly electrically savvy but wondered if anyone could suggest an obvious and easy fix before I go down the auto electrician route?

I think failed heating elements within the seat is prob the most common fault ?

I have the same issue, no faults on reader just no heat on passenger seat. I was told it would be the pad in the seat as it get stood on for kids going into roof.
How do i get the seat cover off?
