Heated windscreen

I have a T6.1 with heated windscreen, had the van for a few months and whilst using the heated windscreen it only works for the middle part of the screen? The rest of the screen eventually clears but surely this is a fault?

that's odd, the screen is usually in 2 halves with a dead stripe up the centre. Is it the original screen or a replacement?

That's definitely an issue - mine is in 2 sections as @Salty Spuds says, with a slight line in the dead centre.

How very odd?? I don’t know if it’s original as I’ve only had it a few months.
It’s still under warranty so I’ll ask the question. Thanks for the replies
