Picked Van up from converter yesterday with a ‘no touch’ handover due to Covid. No user manual in pack so a bit stumped as to how it works. The main questions are what is it and should it be Master On or Master Off. TIA. Mike7C3134D6-5845-4445-BC55-7D467581F119.jpeg

Sorry can’t help, but I have to say it what a shower of shit the converter is to not to have made a basic instruction pack seems like another lazy converter but on the plus side I suppose it works that’s a positive seeing what some people experience from some

Not something I am familiar with but looking at the icons on it appears like some sort of central controller
I would assume those symbols represent water/interior lights/external lights ?
What options are in the menu if you scroll up and down ?

Thanks. When I press the power switch once it says ‘Master On’ this then allows the lights, fridge, sockets and the bed release to work. There are some sub menus which show water level, battery level etc. I assume this means things are running from the leisure battery. Press the power switch again it says ‘Master off’. But I can still put 2 of the kitchen lights on at the panel. I’m ringing the converters tomorrow and I’ll talk through it with them. The rest of the info they provided was very comprehensive so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt as the rest of the van is spot on. Mike
