Help Identifying what interior this is from...

Hope all are well and in good health?.

I am hoping someone could help me to identify what vehicle model this interior is from, in particular the rear quarter panel 'C'-to-'D' pillar.

If anyone has this interior, would you mind if I ask a few PM questions.

It looks just the same as mine Vel Exec (except i have the alcantara centre piece to the seats), but that does effect the door panels. Yes Exec bright trim (Metal) is different from an SE/Gen Six . Mine has a checkered pattern on it which gives a 3d effect; the SE/Gen Six is a plain metallic grey.

Any grilles for rear speakers and or vents ??
I think the rear heater vent is only on the drivers side but not 100%
