Help please! Driver side seatbase electrical connector

Hi folks, I am hoping someone on here can help me please. Over the weekend I removed the driver side seat to access the seatbase. I disconnected the 3 or 4 (not sure exactly) electrical connectors as part of the seat removal. When I came to re-install the seat I appear to have a spare 2 pin connector from the loom entering the seatbase (see pic with blue/brown wires). Unfortunately I did not make a note as I was disconnecting the connectors and I cannot recall if this 2 pin was connected or not. I cannot find a corresponding connector in either the seatbase or from the driver seat to connect with this 2 pin. I have 3 other connections from the drivers seat to the seatbase loom (see pic). Not being able to find a connection for the 2 pin I reassembled the drivers seat.
On starting the van the eml light is now on. I am not sure if this is at all related to the seat removal however I am trying to retrace my work. The fault code can be seen in the attached pic. I have had the battery disconnected however the fault code has since returned after it was cleared using a vcds reader. The 2 pin connector and the fault code maybe 2 separate issues however it does seem coincidental to me due to the timing.
The only other curveball to add is since I reconnected the electrics I added the dreaded adblue for the 1st time (3 litres) since van ownership. I 1st noticed the eml light immediately after when returning from the petrol station.
Can anyone more mechanically/electrically minded please help? Thank you….

That's the handbrake switch connection. Unrelated to your eml light.
