Help to identify underbody trim part no please

Hello. I’ve tried 7Zap and LLL Parts websites to no avail. I’ve even seen this very diagram on this site posted a couple of times. In each case part 70 is on the diagram (L-shaped piece) but never in the parts list. It’s definitely missing from my van and is leaving the body shell exposed in a place that gets a bit of hammer. I can’t order it without a part number. ‘T6 rear offside underbody trim’ brings nothing up on Google. I’m stumped.

Does anybody have and ideas of how to track it down please?

Many thanks

Can you not call in at a VW VC and buy it? They will have to order it, but they should know the part number.

Give these guys a try

they are a vw main dealer but offer parts via this site sometimes same prices to TPS if you have an account however usually good prices.

I guess so - not that easy when I work 9-5 but I could try Saturday. Thank you.

Thank you. I’ll give them a go.

There's two parts so you'll need your VIN to determine if it's the F or G variant (ignore the dates on the F variant, all T6 earlier are superseded to this version). Both are £110 at full retail.

Sorry I didn’t see @Pauly or @phazer ’s posts - please don’t think I was being ignorant!

I came back to the thread to update and say for the benefit of anyone else looking for it in the future, the part number is 7H0 825 701 E.

Turns out it’s classed as a heat shield, which is why it wasn’t showing up as underbody trim. Thanks to JCT600 York for that.

£70 from the stealer or £30 on eBay. I did buy it from the stealer as they found the part number for me and I felt obliged. And thankful!

No worries, glad you got sorted. Ah yes different part "Heat shield for rear silencer", for any future searchers, this is what it looks like:
