Hi - Just joined ! Electrical and central locking / movement sensor / alarm issue.

I have what appears to be a central locking issue. It occurs mostly with key fob use... so I currently lock and unlock manually.
Movement of slightest amount may play a role in activating the lock and unlock lock and unlock sequence. Although the alarm doesn't make a noise, everything else looks as though the alarm is activated - hazards etc .. except the alarm noise. As I say, windows go down.
I am unable to lock from driver's door inside, and unable to sleep inside currently.
Has anyone any familiarity with some of this. Both key fobs work - but it is when I use key fobs externally, the problems may start too.

I`m a bit unclear of your description, but are you trying to lock van from inside with the fob? If so, that`s why alarm playing up. Use lock button on door, or, there is a switch to turn off interior monitoring on B pillar.

What’s this switch do?

So I’ve had the van for two weeks and hove only just seen this switch! Just by the Behind the side of the driver Seat on the pillar. I’ve pushed it . Nothing happened. Any thoughts? Many thanks.
