Hole saw size and what to protect edges with?

Hi,

Going to take hole saw to van to fit heat ducts in at weekend/next week.....
the pipes are 60mm, but measures 65mm, keep to a 65 hole saw? was going to put a edging round the hole like this Link Here, but adds 10mm to each side so 85mm is a bit much.

What does everyone use to seal edges of the metal after cutting it? to stop rush etc?

Stick to a 60mm hole and use 221000010005 60mm Duct Joiner Connector Pipe For Eberspacher For Webasto Heater | eBay polyurethane adhesive/sealant to seal in place.
