How are standard kombi's kitted out?

I've seen so so many different setups now that I'm confused about specs.

Even more so when I see people selling kombi interior panels.

How much of a lining is rear of the driver on a highline kombi? Is it bare metal?

Not bare metal but only hardboard panels covering main areas with small amounts of metal visible around edge
