How to refit door card?

Clips in the card and push into the door. Have any broken? Also you may need to 'reset' some as they tend to stay in the fitted position when y0u remove the door card.
As @Skyliner33 says, they should be in the extended form, so the claws that go through the hole in the metal are closed. When they are squashed, the pin pushes through the middle of the claws at the end and they widen out and grip the metal skin.
Reset them so they’re retracted and slot them in the door card first. When they’re positioned, a firm thump should locate them.

Are they not the same at the T6? Pics?

I was assuming the one on the left was the style that wouldn't work and the right the ones he already had on the doors. I hope so.

Theyre little buggers, they can bend and break and you have to ensure theyre reset prior to fitting the panel back on. I guarantee you will bend and/or break a few.

Annoyingly these aren't correct either! They're the same as the first lot I bought. It seems the 6.1 definitely has different ones to the T5/5.1/6.
The ones in the van are around 25mm high, but the ones from eBay are 35mm high.
Other way around - the small one on the left is from the 6.1.
Hi Deaston,,, just come across this problem trying to get my door card back... ordered the same larger clips don't work... did you find somewhere to get the t6.1 clips? a lot of swearing... and then I look down and see the new speaker is about 0.01 mm away from the window when it's down! start again... grrrr

Did you manage to find any door card clips as I have just had the same thing happen to me on my T6.1. The clips I ordered were also to big?
Get them from a dealer. They are cheap.

You will be surprised how cheap these are from a dealer. Not worth the hassle of getting the wrong / poorly fitting ones.
