Improving ride on a 2022 Transporter Shuttle.

Recently bought a Shuttle (BiTDi, FWD, SWB) on standard Devonport 17's with 215/60 ContiEcoContacts. Only 10k miles on the clock, suspension components probably as good/bad as the day they left the factory.

I don't really care about looks, but I would like the ride to be better controlled and more comfortable and to lurch slightly less into bends and over bumps. About a 30mm drop would also allow the van to get through the garage door opening, which would be useful.

What is my best option for something that's completely "fit and forget" ?

Some newbie q's also - are Shuttles always T32, or T30 or T28 ? Or does it depend ? And do Shuttles have the lower Caravelle springs as standard ?

Thanks.

Shuttles don’t have any lowering as standard like the Caravelle.

Speak to Chris at the Van Cave, Koni short shocks and 30-50mm lowering springs will give you the best ride quality unless you go down the air ride route.

Hi. Thanks to @Pewt and @Insert Coin for the recommendations, I can definitely help you with this.

I have a couple of options to upgrade and lower the suspension that would be a big improvement for ride quality and would also reduce the body roll too. You can further reduce body roll by upgrading the anti roll bars, but if you send me a direct message or email chris@thevancave.co.uk we can discuss it further.

Cheers, Chris.

Thanks, will run it for a month or so to decide whether it's a "keeper", then give you a shout.
