Instrument cluster Fault

Hi,
After some advice please. I have recently purchased a t6 manual, 5 speed, High line, 2019 it had a damaged engine so purchased it and had a company refurbish the engine this was fitted and the van starts and stops perfectly.
However it has a fault that has now been diagnosed as a cluster fault.
It basically gives me low oil pressure, low oil, low brake fluid no start stop, no cruise control…..
while driving the van bleeps the entire time.
The company has offered a new cluster for around £900 and said if I buy used they can pair the cluster with my van but will not be able to change the mileage. Can anyone advise what would be best to do and is changing the mileage a manufacturer only job?

There’s a company called MPVAG that do the instrument clusters for a lot less than that, he advertises on facebook too if you’re on there, he can sort it out including your mileage. I’m pretty sure he’s based in Luton but If you send your keys he can pair them and send you a new cluster back
