That’s the oil and carbon fed into the induction from the PCV hopefully not leaking turbochargers. To be expected but obviously depends on mileage since new or last cleaned.
Fitting an oil trap between the PCV outlet and the induction will eliminate most of this but it will require periodic manual draining.
If the engine is an oil guzzler I would consider fitting the trap….or selling it.
Better to leave than drop loose carbon inside, the inlet manifold and possibly the backs of the inlet valves will also be caked.
