Interference

Hello recently got a T6 and I'm having an issue with my phone with either Bluetooth or with using apple play when speaking to someone it's clear as day in the van but at the other end people are saying that it's like having interference in background, tried using a different phone same issue any ideas

I have the same, people say it sounds like a frog/motor bike in the background. I have a Iphone 13pro, never got to the bottom of it

I've tried something this morning while travelling to the lakes I took Bluetooth off while connected to USB for apple car play and everyone that I've spoken too this morning on the phone have said it's clear as day , don't know if that is the problem we will see

I am waiting for a Bluetooth apple car play gizmo, that may make a difference. Will test out your hard wired theory also
