interior light/Parking light fuse keeps tripping

Started the van on Tuesday morning and was met with the bulb failure light on the dash. A quick look about and found it to be both rear tail lights out, and after reading a couple of threads realised the interior lights weren't working either, pointing me in the direction of the interior lights fuse from the fuse card diagram.

Replaced it and used the van all Wednesday with no issues, until this morning when its tripped again. I've checked all the bulb connectors and everything is dry. The only difference I can see is my fuse is a 7.5amp, whilst its a 15amp in the diagram. I've had a quick search online to see what it should be, but it comes back with it being either 7.5 or 15. I've had the van over a year now with no previous issues. Any advice on what to check/what the fuse should be would be most appreciated.

Cheers,

Joe

What generation of van do you have, 6 or 6.1?

Having said that even halogen based lamps shouldn't be pulling close to a 7.5 amp fuse (90 watts)

It sounds like a short somewhere so I'd check wiring runs if you can for any snagged wires that might be moving as you use the van.
