Interior lighting issues, Autohaus conversion.

I bought a 2019 Autohaus T6 last June- so far so good, although I slept in it over Christmas and the rear spotlights have stopped working, which leaves just the LED bright lights under the cabinets working. Far too bright which is why I liked the spots!
There is a little remote with a Willed logo on it, which was attached to the interior by velcro. I have no idea what it does. No manual with the van on anything! Think the battery may be dead but nothing happens when I press it and can't see how it would work if the batteries were new. (not tried that yet). Any ideas please lovely people? On the spots not working and the Willed remote? Thanks.

Willed appears to be a motion trigged switch available on Amazon according to Google.
My Autohaus came with a Hafele remote controlled lighting. Like this Remote Control, for use with Remote Receiver, Loox - Häfele U.K. Shop
There wasn't any documentation for the lights from new!
Thanks! But how does it link to your lights? What do you have to do to make it work? (Since I wrote this I replaced the battery, put it on the passenger seat and didn't have time to test anything. Now I can't find the bloody thing!! Will look tomorrow in the light but hope I haven't lost it)!!

Mine is a radio remote control.
I suspect that what you have there is nothing to do with Autohaus and was added by a previous owner.
