Internal rust prevention

Hey, I’m preparing my van for conversion and after removing the ply, I’m left with several raised screw holes. Any idea how best to treat these to avoid rust? Cheers!

I used some of that red anti rust paint from screwfix or similar.

I used this brush on stuff. Looks pretty similar though.
