Irish Vw Shuttles

Anybody know why most of the Irish shuttle buses are soooo expensive compared to mainland UK. They mostly have the specs that I want ie. a rubber floor throughout and 150bhp and are called Trendlines as oppose s and se spec shuttles!? If anybody know if there are loopholes to avoid maybe the tax that is imposed on them please share! Getting frustrated as I cant find a LWB with tailgate rubber flooring and 150 here on the mainland and there are lots in Ireland but crazy prices

I m not to sure but I purchased a very late t4 l.w.b. Twin - slider combi factory sunroof electric everything. It was a tailgate model too. In very black. I got it with 38,000 miles on it. The price was decent enough no v.a.t. But not to sure why there expensive. My van was an ex demo. With full service history too

I'm guessing things have moved on in the last 15- 18 years! They seem to have the nonsense spec vans but huge price tags

Yeah definitely I don't get why there so expensive at all.
