Is it possible to retrofit curtain airbags in the rear?

I would like to know if it is possible to retrofit the curtain airbags for the 2nd and 3rd row in a multivan T6.
Does anyone know if:

- Are the wires for the curtain airbags fitted on all vans, existing connectors on all vans?
- How hard is it to drop the headliner for the installation?
- Could I change the configuration of the airbags with VCDS
- I guess that side pressure sensors are available from VW.

- If all this is possible, where could I find curtain airbags?
Any for sale here perhaps, read some threads with camper conversions...

No, the wires will not be there.

Yes, you need the looms, connectors, airbags, brackets, modules. Sensors Etc etc. ..

Headliner fairly easy to remove.

You may find the setup from a doner van that is being dismantled...

Its an advanced job to do, that will take time, effort and a heap of £€¥£€$$£££££€€€
