Is there a part for this hole in the dash?

Looks like there should be a usb port or something similar above the 12v socket. Is this normally used in a different model? Mine is a panel van with dash upgraded during conversion

Yes it should have either a blanking plate or a USB and AUX input if you have the second USB/hub option from the factory

That looks like a retention kit to keep the OEM dash usb after fitting an aftermarket head unit. If you have an OEM head unit and want to add an additional usb then have a look here.
