Is this missing a bolt?

Could anyone shed any light as to wether the circled corner should have a bolt, it rattles abit when the engine is running but doesnt look like there’s been a bolt in it for a while

Looks like you need a new bolt.

That looks like the plastic lug is broken off, need a better photo.

I assumed there would be a bolt but either never notice or never paid enough attention. So follow up question then, does anyone know the part number for the missing bolt?

If the lug has broken off as @Loz mentioned earlier you will need a new charge cooler before it gets damaged and causes some serious issues.

Thats the one, its a 3 part assembly, bolt, isolator and bush. Fella from Liverpool van centre gave me the part numbers, will post them once I confirm they are correct
