Jammed seat belt replacement?

Hi, i have a rear seat beld button stuck,i couldnt get the buckle to click in and now its in it wont come out! I've tried everything that I've found online, knife to try and pop it back up ect, but think its somehow worse. Does anybody know where i can buy a replacement? Its bolted under the rock n roll bed and has a long and winding stalk and cant find one online, any ideas where i could find one please?? Thanks in advance

Thank you Pauly! Yeah a shame as bought it just before lockdown and have only just discovered the problem, its brand new so quite surprised. Yes your right i just didnt want a 6 hour round trip back to the converters but guess they could send one out i hope
